Auto Renew of Domain

    Hello Dear All,

    Today I got email from godaddy regarding auto renew my 5 domains,
    that are I need not renew them, how can cancel all five domains and get refund from godaddy..
    please suggest..

    They won't refund your money but you can always try throught their email ticket system.

    As for the renewals, browse your control panel to find the auto-renewals item and click on them to find which domains are setup that way and change them to manual renewal.

    This can only be done directly through your domain control panel on an individual basis.

    Are you saying that those domains have been autorenewed now & you've been charged & you have an extra year added?

    If so, you've already had many emails by Godaddy before this period. I don't think they'd refund any money.

    Once auto renewal is completed it is highly unlikely you might be refunded.

    Like the rest said, if your domain names have already been renewed and your credit card charged, you cannot ask for a refund.

    However if your domain names have not been expired as yet then you would not have been charged, you can disable the auto-renewal then wait for the domain names to expire.

    Or to avoid a lot of email clutter, you can cancel the domain from your control panel and it will be deleted.
