I can't take out paypal money

    I tried to take out money from paypal through xoom but i don't know why it always cancels my transaction.

    I am unverified user of paypal.Does it matters?

    Yes, Xoom won't work with an unverified PayPal, you have to verify it before you Xoom.

    I heard that it should be atleast 180 days to take money from paypal and it's very new.

    Who told you that ? Is your PayPal lmited ? It's unverified. 180 days for those who's got their PayPal limited.

    Yes My limit is upto $100 for transaction ($68 remaining) and $500 for a month and $3000 for total transaction.

    $100 limit is for sending and $500 is withdrawal limit for a month so you can easily withdraw funds from your unverified paypal account.

    you have to add your credit card first and get verified to send fund to your bank using Xoom... i am really happy with Xoom's service.... and i have made 6 transfer this month using my paypal and never get any problem... so you must have a verfied paypal...

    Then just help me for this..

    I can also take out money from paypal with my own system but I am in so much hurry.And heard about XOOM so late.I have been using fake info in paypal and I have system to withdrw money through different system although they charge me high.

    Well you can use PayPal's Bank transfer option. just submitted your bank account and ask for payments. Your payment should be in your account in upto 7 days.

    Nice info.got another best suggestion but DP has banned to sell and buy VCC
    Do u have got one?

    But if you can then help me in anohter thread by sending me $25 through xoom and get my service for free.

    I have 5 fake accounts with around $60 in account.

    i will 100% take VCC but help me getting money right now.

    Rohit how it is possible to withdraw funds through bank transfer option or cheque withdrawal for him as he already says that he has been using fake info in paypal :(:confused:

    Are u all thinking me scammer?
    From next time i am not going to use paypal for transaction although i have system.I will use moneybooker.I think it's great for thirld world countries

    Well in this case he can't do anything.

    However he can use HDFC Bank's NetSafe for VCC and than take payments from Xoom Bank transfer.
