Missing a file

    Hi!

    seem to be missing the .htaccess (for rewrite rules ). in the latest wp.

    how can i make a new one ande where in the directory should it be?

    Please help me

    If you don't already have one just create one using notepad or wordpad or any text editor. Then upload it (FTP) to your root.

    It depends on what you want it to do. It is like any other code, there are different options depending on what you want. You don't necessarily need an .htaccess file if you don't have anything to put in it. If you just want one up, then upload a blank one.
