you can't earn enough money, by having those ads on your site or blog, why don't use freelance your services instead of running after clicking amount which is like $0.01 or something.

if you are thinking about making money for your family, then try something else. work on adsense on the side with no expectation for the time being. there are lot of adsense publishers that make a lot of moeny but there are lot of adsense publishers hardly make enough a month that even buys a good size pizza with more than one topping. yuor income from adsense will not start right away, it will take time. first you develop a website in good niche, then you apply for adsese, then you need to build traffci. more traffic comes to your site, more money you make.
