    I am selling this website to fund other projects. There is an admin panel where you can add videos from youtube. All videos are from youtube so it's not server intensive. This can be hosted on a shared server. Users can rate ivideos, create an account and comment. A new video is displayed on the front page from a random assortment of videos that you have selected. You can make additional income by display ads or selling banners.
