    Hi mates,

You may have seen me as one of the biggest anti-paypal here in DP, that’s simply because paypal get my business down over and over again ,you know this is so common here; a lot of users are getting banned for no reason especially those who live out side the US but this not the main point here

The point is that paypal is everywhere and everywhere is paypal! When thinking about it and upon experience I come straight to the point that not having a clean paypal account is like fighting outside the internet business arena. however there is some alternatives like moneybookers but it seems that the internet market is too far gone with paypal currency every body uses it !

Well some mates found ways to get out of this like getting a US bank acc/ for non-US residents then getting a verified paypal with it .. some of them go after VCC and so on ..

Thinking about this deeply got me wondering why we don’t make it the easy way ?! lets get a US partners do for us what we can’t do ! this is business: cooperation and trust !!

For example I get of the trusted members in DP to create a paypal account for then give him a commission on each payout ...why not?

I guess giving 30% of the money you earn to a good guy over there is better than loosing Your earnings down the paypal toilet

PS: I’m looking for a trusted partner LOL

I beg to differ on that, business is not just Trust alone, contractual obligations and the ability to impose the contract does play an important role also.

yeah yeah you must be correct I 'd rather say "based on trust" :) maybe this will take an independent thread I bet there's pleny of different opinions on the definition of business

what I wanted to say through this thread particularly is that we can trust each other then help each other on this paypal issue for example get it ?;)

They got banned for no reason? You've said it yourself. They've used false information (Against PayPal's terms) and purchased US bank (Not legal, Against PayPal's terms) accounts and VCC's to use PayPal in a way that they're not supposed to.

Reading this, one question comes into my mind, if they are willing to circumvent Paypal rules and provide fake information and the likes, what makes you think they can be trusted? What they can do to Paypal can easily be done to you.

this thing has already been discussed here in DP ....no matter what (banned for a reason or no reason) this is not my point in this thread ....

I'm talking about solutions here.......... for this "for not being legal" ;)

So the solution would be to trust a "good guy" who you hope is trustworthy with your money and not a company like PayPal? I would just find a different payment processor if I were in a situation where I couldn't use PayPal.

I kindly :) advice you to take a look at some threads in this section to know what problems non-US are facing with paypal and you'll definately learn that those people are using illegal methods not because the wanted to but they have no choices

I've seen the threads, believe me. PayPal isn't a necessity and they do have a choice. Though millions of people use it, it is not the only payment processor available. Wisdomtool said it right, don't use it if you are not eligible to.

Is it a normal public thread?

If you want to break Paypal rules, maybe you can do this through PM?

So? Ebay requires Paypal is not a reason why users must fake information to get Paypal accounts, does it?

If I am the type who thinks a Patek Philippe is a must, do I go to the shop, use a fake credit card and buy it?

A good alternative would be one that suits your needs. There are plenty out there to pick from. Yes, PayPal is in the top rank but does everyone use it? No.

Look through dozens of posts that state that a PayPal account has been limited because it was verified with a VCC, purchased bank account, false information used and wrongly used in an unsupported country.
