I have had the most success with the second link in my signature. Incredible support, plenty of advertising resources and you actually get paid.
Never Blue Ads worked for me. I like the amount of offers they have, their strong affiliate managers and their easy to use system. Referral link is in my sig
Are they just an affiliate program to recruit more advertisers, or do you publish their ads on your site, or what? I don't see an example on their site.

They support advertisers (people selling their product) and publishers (people promoting other peoples products). NeverBlueAds (3rd link in my sig) really is one of the better affiliates. You cannot really get a peak into their website until you sign-up, but it is definitely pretty slick. I also am using two other programs at this time which are clixGalore (2nd link in my sig) and AffiliateBot (4th link in my sig) and both of these are solid too... Best of Luck! nscdn
What type of programs are you after lol there are a lot of types of affiliate programs CPA, CPM, CPC and PPI etc.
I tried with clickbank and CJ in past........ seems like their offers doesnt work with comparatively low rate traffic... but currently am making some money out of revenuegateway.com
For me was best FlasCash in the past and its MrSkin which was converting very well but it is adult. I have a list of best on my site below.
I was also one that liked Never Blue Ads, they have a great setup and I earned quite a bit from them.
