    I notice ppl who r running their webhosting business through reseller plan they r offering Cpanel why not they offer Plesk.

    1- Plesk is cheaper as compare to Cpanel but the question is do ppl like plesk server.?

    2- Let say u start hosting business (by using reseller plan) what will be ur preference. plesk or cpanel?

    Cpanel for sure, it has a less steep learning curve unless Plesk and is packed with features. Esp with Fantastico added, everything seemed to be able to be controlled by the controlpanel. Plesk looks distant and unfriendly though I heard it is very stable.

    I don't understand your logic here? How do windows servers suck? Think of the countless people using asp... asp hosting needs windows. ASP is a growing language and is becoming more popular... So Im really not seeing your logic on the matter.

    Cpanel has been around for quite sometime and most webmaster are familiar with the function within. Plesk however was once quite popular but has been quiet down.

    What I heard was Plesk for Windows was a generation behind the Linux version. But in no way does Windows sucks. Windows and Linux each have their own usage. Each have their advantages and disadvantages.

    Windows servers are hackable and very unstable IMO.
    Also, they have big latency.

    About ASP, I hate Microsoft' shitty so-called "programming language".

    Windows are by default yes, because it needs to cater to normal users, some services are open when it should not have been. But their later version Windows 2003 is very stable especially if you apply the patch regularly. If you have seen 2008, its processing rival the Linux in many ways. Latency wise I do not think so, how do you define latency in this case?

    Latency = big response time.
