Im not at all good with any programming or anything.

    Im with IXWEBHOSTING.

I am planning on selling a couple of sites.

Once my sites are sold. How do i give the buyer the site he paid for with the same domain?

    Do i use webshell 3?

If someone could give me some simple tips, i will give them so much green, they will turn green (karma).

    Thanks everyone.

    :)

There are several YouTube videos about transferring websites. Start from there to give you some ideas.

You can provide them a zip file containing all the files of your site plus a mysql dump of the database that the site is using. And maybe a small readme file that expains how to edit the database path, username password etc. All the database related information is usually stored in a php file..in most cases config.php!

If your site is database driven (i.e. a forum, etc) then you should download the database (usually takes ages if it's big) into a text file (that's the dump). They can then upload it into their db using a dump script.

As for the website itself, you will need all the html pages, images, scripts etc, then just zip them up and send them I guess.
