How can I go about doing this?

Hey, I need to make this page look like this. I know how to show the thumbnails, download links, and other things using the custom fields, but I need to be able to click on a designs small thumb and have the info replace that of the one on the left. How can I do this?

The normal way to do this type of task would be with Ajax these days

We develop with .Net rather than PHP so our examples wouldnt be relevant to you... I am sure one of the many PHP'ers will come along and advise

Try this free scritpt. I haven't tested it but it could work.

 

You don't need PHP for this, you need proper AJAX. You'd do it with XML and datasets.

Bah, i'll do it for you, it will take me seconds. I sent a PM because I need to have the sizes of some of the elements.

AJAX is easier than CSS once you learn it.

 

I assumed that the templates are stored in a db hence the PHP to interface with the db
