why my PR is still 0 while back links are 188

Normal trusted sites pass a maximum of 85 percent of their Pagerank to linked sites.

 

There are a lot of variables as to why your site has no page rank.
Is the site six months old or less?
Are you in a bad neighborhood?
What other sites are on the same IP block?
Maybe someone else on the same shared hosting scored you a penalty.

my 3 inner pages having PR 1,2 and 3 but home page 0 then how can u say that back link quality is poor.

 

I think its more so quality than quantity. I mean, my one website has over 600 back links (under alexa 250k), and its PR0. While one of my PROXIES (3-4 weeks old with literally no actual advertising on my part) has only 23 back links and is a PR3...

Find decent sites to get backlinks to that are do follow. It just takes time and a bit of patience.

Erm...i think many here need clarifications on backlinks.

1) Firstly backlinks with "nofollow" will not be counted as voted backlinks by Google, however other search engines still count these links

2) PR of the page which your link is resided on does count towards the PR vote of your page, however PR0 also will help in your page PR.

3) Come on, wake up your idea. Backlinks are counted towards relevancy and quality, NOT QUANTITY. You can have 18,000 backlinks, so what?! A site with 100 quality backlinks can easily over rank you in PR or SERPs. 18,000 of irrelevant backlinks are still equal 18,000 of rubbish links, it doesn't help.

4) It is not the backlinks that count towards the PR of a site. Domain age, domain expiration date, IP class of the link page and many more factors played a role in PR too.

5) Make full use of internal pages to spread PR within your site.

 

Edit: Bah. I completely agree with your whole post pretty much. I was writing something similar up aswell but then noticed you posted ahead of me.

Also. PR isn't the end of the world. Just try to get more traffic and relevant backlinks.

my site homepage PR is also 0 with having 2,570 backlinks in Google ....

the homepage got PR 0 but more than 15 -20 inner pages got PR 3 and PR 2

don't know the reason y its so ... but lets c if i get PR for homepage in this update only or not

 

i was having 2 blogs just 3 months old both having PR 2 and 3 with any external backlinks, i agree with you, but which type of change is this one, that inner pages got PR and home page still waiting for update, is this google fault or what?

 

From the looks of it, you just need to wait it out and hope google updates your PR soon.
