Need to ask a question before logining into paypal!!!

I followed instructions about solving paypal for unspported countries, so i told my borther, hes in canada to open a business paypal account with the info of his address and name, now i can use also what should i do now any steps to preventing my account to get limited or something oh forgot to tell that my account is not activated yet should my brother in canada activate by email or is it ok for me to press it evne if i am not in canada?

ya but from a differnet thread i start about paypal problem one member told me this and it works that what he told me:

 

That's not going to solve your problem. The account may be in your brothers name but essentially, your account will get limited for being used in an unsupported country. It will be similar to using fake info (country, etc..), with the exception of the information supposedly being real.

 

What Pervert was suggesting is not tested because Paypal explicitly said that only access can be done from a paypal supported country and not others, there is no acceptable to the rule. What he is telling you to do is to just try your luck but since this is a forum, you cannot take any of our words as Paypal's.

If you want to be certain, ask Paypal directly to get a confirmed answer. If you believe their answer would be NO then you should not even consider this option.

If anything goes wrong, your brother would be in trouble and not you since it is his account. Besides some customers would not like to deal with 3rd party payment, ie you do the service and they pay someone else.

Also if you have a Business Account, make sure that you have a registered business in the respective country or else you may not be able to withdraw your funds and if they ask for proof of delivery and invoices, it would need to be done in the company's letterheard.

 

Ya but my IP is located in germany My ISP doing so will they know if am from lebanon or from germany?

But if they limit it i will email paypal and tell them that i am admin or caretaker of the acount.
wont that work?

 

Make sure that you do not use any proxy to access your paypal account as it would be against the TOS. Paypal is not stupid and they can track IP addresses and they would know what is proxy and what is not.

Why not contact Paypal before you sign up for the account and tell them your current situation without covering up any facts or truth and see what they have to say about it.

I am not trying to promote anything illegal here but I do not think that statement holds value because a person can simply use a proxy to get through to his account. Correct me if I am wrong.

 

Do you know that using a proxy is deemed as not being acceptable. Besides it is just trying to circumvent your contractual agreement with Paypal, it does not make it right.

Personally, I don't think that Paypal is stupid enough to be fooled by a Proxy.
