Alright... I currently have HostGator and HostMonster hosting accounts. I am looking for a RELIABLE Hosting Provider --- Oh, there are a LOT of Hosting companies claiming they have "99.9%" uptime -- Right now I think that is a joke, as I am sick and tired of being burned with Hosting accounts going down. HostGator has been the only Host that gave me close to 99.9%, however they are up there in prices and I continually upgrade my plan with them. I believe one of you guys actually have 99.9%. I am looking for a VPS as I have proxies also. Thanks

Many VPS plans also restrict proxies. If you could keep proxies off the account, I might have a few plans that you might be interested in.
