Well, now that (American) football season is coming to its conclusion I figure I'd poke around & see how many folks in here are basketball fans. Whether college, NBA, or hell even if your outside of America and have a player/squad you wanna give a shoutout to, come along and post in here! My NBA squad = Sixers (at this point not too much of a good thing... but at least we aren't the Knicks )
Im a Knicks fan.....Im not afraid to admit it LOL, but I have been once since the knicks of the 90s that were far better.
Ah the 90's lol... good times it must've been for yall minus Jordan giving you the business almost every year... and that ending vs the Rockets in game 7.. DAAAAMN!!! But a true fan sticks with his teams even in the bad times, glad to see you still loyal to your squad in the rough times, especially so division rivals like me can bust ya balls about it.
Haha , it was great times as a matter of fact with jordan, but it wasnt only him I had to deal with as a kid, oh no, dont forget Reggie Miller with his 6 points in like 3 seconds, and Tim Hardaway pretty much whenever they played the Heat... I was a die hard John Starks fan so that game 7 was murder...other than that it was great to watch him when he would get on fire he pumped up all the Knicks fans around the country.
i live in arizona, so i'll put the University of Arizona even though they are not very good this year. -dan
My all time NBA team is the Chicago Bulls during the time of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman
Ah good times, 72 wins + ring = good times. I hated them but being witness to a Jordan moment is a privilege that I'm grateful for. Any thoughts on this year's (underperforming) squad from Chi-Town? I'm damn near close to calling them one of the elite "paper" teams in the league
Lakers baby! Too bad Bynum is out for minimum 8 weeks with dislocated knee-cap. Lakers are on a roll, won last 7 in a row and tied for first. They have an absurd road schedule coming up, so hopefully between that and Bynum being out, they don't fall too far. Also, I just found out I have a conflict and can't use my Lakers v. Cleavland tickets on 1-27-08
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! @ You Laker fans Don't think I forgot about that NBA Finals where yall crushed Philly's dream & hopes after that game one !!!! But nice that Bynum is turning into one of the top centers in the league, hopefully that'll curb any crybabying Kobe have of wanting outta there especially if yall manage out the 1st round by any miracle of the playoffs
I've loved Chicago Bulls because of Jordan, Pippen and Toni Kukoc... And still love to see when they win a match...
