eGold Error

I'm very pissed right now. eGold prevented access to my account leaving me very little clues as to what's going on or what to do. They say

"After you have resolved any security issues, including virus removal, it may take a day or two for your access to be re-enabled"

but I don't even know what the issue is, since I don't use a proxy... Does anyone have a clue?

If you have a dinamic IP just disconnect and reconnect some minutes later

Yeah, that worked for me too. Just give it a half an hour and login again.

I have a static IP so I assume the only solution is to use a proxy.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting yourself to the internet if you are on a dynamic ip, but if you got a static ip then a proxy is your only solution.
