I was wondering if any of you guys use BLOGGER.COM to host his "website" and what are the disadvantages using it (any search engine ranking problem? less page rank? adsense qualified? everything!), THANKS! :D

Blogger is owned by Google and thus resides on Google's server. It is constantly being spidered, so if you put up a blog that has good, quality content and is updated regularly, you will get ranked in the SE pretty fast. As far as where in the SE, that all depends on the niche/keywords you target and your SEO and backlinks etc. the downside to Blogger is that if they think your blog is spammy, they can and will delete it. So if you're looking for a long0term blog, I woud get your won hosting and go with Wordpress.

the sites ive hosted on blogger have all been fairly competitive when it comes the the search engines.

however, blogger is pretty restrictive in terms of design, plugins etc. I really recommend getting your own host and domain and throwing up wordpress.

I have four blogs that both rank well for SERPs and PR. The disadvantage is as stated that you are limited in the design and plug ins. I prefer my own hosting with a word press blog.

Blogger is ver easy to add stuff like Adsense and codes because they have great widgets but the design offers are slim.
