What are the best ways to get high PR? please share with everyone including me about what you have found and what works best for you and why?
Get quality backlinks from a high PR sites. The ways to get it are by either manually getting links from high PR sites. Make sure that you provide quality content to them and they will link back to your site. Also you may comment on some High PR blogs which do not have the no follow attribute. These are some of the methods that you can adopt to get good PR. Also do not forget to feed quality content to the search engines. let me know if u need any further help. Quality and exclusive content is the main thing, there will always be a ROI on the time you invest to create good content on your site, high PR sites would start linking to you, webmasters barely look at the 'newness' or popularity of a site, if they find some interesting content they would link to it as it would benefit their website's readers as well. Paying for backlinks on high PR sites is not a very good idea mainly because quite a bit of sites online look at this type of advertising as adverse publicity, specially if your ads are non-relevant to the site.
...also if your site is new, you cant expect any PR for atleast around three-four months, as PR is updated once in three months from what i've read...
just have a tons of quality backlinks with high ranked related and quality site,. Avoid linking in site's with bad neighborhood Keep on mind that quality matters not quantity
Sometimes you can get high ranking from posting on forums like this one, if you use the right key words/phrases in your post. Also try posting on sites like Digg.com, hubpages or Squidoo.com etc
