WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT : I have a BIG problem, I like two of the logo's equally, both by different designers: tmash & ru7mka. If push comes to shove I will choose tmash's logo, but would love to see a combination of both the logo's i.e... a couple of elements from ru7mka's added to tmash's. Anyone have any suggestions ?
I meant in addition, not split. But if splitting it works for both designers.....it would be a solution. I just would not like to see elements of both designers lifted to create a final combined product if the designers would prefer to collaborate and be compensated.
Fiftyshock That wouldn't be fair. I would love to have two ideas from ru7ka logo, integrated into tmash's logo So it is only right to ask if the original designers are willing to collaborate and all three of us come to a financial agreement. If not, then I have no choice but to choose one logo and stick with it, in which case I choose tmash. Sorry to be so awkward guys. I really appreciate the effort that everyone has put in & wish I could make you all winners because you are. Unfortunately ... not enough money in the bank LOL
You've confused me now Edit to add: Ahh, I think I understand ... basically that would be the perfect scenario if both designers are willing. Tmash & Ru7mka, can you plz let me know what you think ? I know it may seem unfair to you Ru7mka but I do have to choose just 1 winner & there is a lot in tmash's original design that has helped inspire the logo of yours that I like.
Tmash, ru7mka, would you both be willing to split the overall contest money of $200 winner + $50 runner-up = $250 If you are both willing, I think it would be fair to offer tmash $170 & ru7mka $80 If you are willing and no other designers who entered the competition have any objection, this would result in the perfect logo for me. I am open to negotiation within reason If we can't come to an agreement I choose tmash last design and ru7mka as runner-up.
I'm fine with the splitting, and I'm ok with any collaboration as well. It's up to ru7mka. What elements from his design would you like to incorporate into mine?

Hi Eskarina, I have a problem. It turns out the font I used for the design you like is not available for purchase. The creator won't release it for commercial use, and wants it to remain free only for personal use. So that font is out, I can't use it. I'm very sorry, is there some other font that you saw anyone use that you would like me to try? I did a quick mock up of a few other fonts, along with some of the elements you asked me to add (these can only be used with ru7's permission, if he objects, then it's back to the drawing board!).
