Here a couple of suggestions :

It will be fine if you have a separate page(s) for describing the missions, visions and agenda of the meet. It will be also good if you can explain there who are behind working for the meet .

Clear it whether any subscription fee needed.

Also leave there contact information for further communication.

I am very much with you to and all working with you to make the meet successful and I also request others Bangladehi and from other parts of the world to join the meet
