    Hi

    I have 2 web sites and need to sell them

    fastext.urlearn.com

    the first is a collection of tutorials related to graphics and programming
    tutorials have been created by me. and there is also a directory contain beautiful tutorials gathered from different web site.

    the second is concerned with creating flash movies for users from scratch , users enter any text and my site create animated flash movies from that text.

    2 sites receive approximately 800 visitors per day.
    i have a stat counter account and this is a snapshot
    i can do any changes in web sites for you.

    each site have a page rank 2 and they have many pages between PR1 and 2.
    They have 8700 back links from 150 domain >>>> snapshot from google webmaster tool
