CJ is not updating my statics from 2 days only the balance on top is increasing ...but CTR , Impressions, they arent increasing...and i get a huge traffic..even checked my statcounter it showing traffic but CJ isnt showing...y so slow update ??
Something is wrong with their site...it's been slow for the last 3 days...sometimes I refresh the page 3 times and still nothing loads...probably a backend issue.
Performance stats and/or quick stats might be a bit behind right now. Run a transaction report, instead, to see any commission earned.
Looks like they're double-counting locked transactions on my account, so my balance looks inflated. Anyone else see this? OTOH, maybe I just had an amazing day and the stats are slow to update.
My balance just went down majorly. And it's no where to be found in transaction reports. Honestly not a happy camper right now.
Yeah, I think they were double-counting locked transaction for a while there. I went way up then back down, too. This is bigger. Seems like they are days behind on tracking clicks/impressions/commissions. There could still be a major jump. It really sucks for those of us with daily ad budgets to monitor. I think they deserve a call in the morning.
I'm having the same problems.. None of my leads and sales from the last 2 or 3 days have come in.. Hope they work this out soon like they usually do... Waiting for the "There is a delay in...." message to come up.
I can log in but cj is not reporting impressions or anything on any of my pages it just shows 84 impressions and has for th last 3 days.
this site is acting very strange. Impressions updates are daily and I have over 19000 impressions over the last 3 weeks and have 86 clicks and 0 income. The clicks have stalled and actualy dropped a few from 89. How can I get 89 clicks then its just sits there? I think cj needs some overhauling. i may dump them soon. any other recommendations for affiliates like cj?
CJ sometimes has problems, but up till now their tracking has been great, although sometime tracking and reporting was delayed, but I still got all of the money at the end...
I hope when they resolve this and I see some sales, I just got BANS lastweek and had my site up by Fri. Getting good traffic so hoping for something.
it has great potential,gets alot of clicks so far. Takes about an hour to fiqure out or least for me. I recommend it.
