Good Pop-under ad network

    Can somebody offer me a top paying pop-up or pop-under network? I've signed up for adversal, but I dont know if its the best.

    content = music, artists, songs, etc.
    geographics: none, because the site has just launched a week ago, but im going for English traffic, so I'm looking for US/UK/AU

    I would think you need to start with the small and low paying networks and then work up as you have a new site. The higher paying networks that pay CPM will not accept new or low traffic sites.
