Howcome we can't edit iTraders anymore?

I accidentally left someone positive iTrader, when I meant to leave them negative iTrader.. I don't know why, but yeah, I guess I was just quick to submit the iTrader that I forgot to select "Negative".

I see that the "Edit" option is now greyed out and unclickable.

    Before..

Before, we used to be able to edit iTrader from positive to negative and vice versa after submitting them, but howcome now we can't?

Why we should be able to edit iTrader:

Also, this is useful for other people who need to change positive iTraders into negative iTraders. Usually, when people get sent fraudulent funds in PayPal, it takes a day or two for them to get an email notifying them.

iTrader edit time is same as the time you can edit the posts. There might be a problem arising only for you or of coding. Anyone please confirm?

You don't want anyone leaving you a positive iT and change it to negative later. if you missed that, you have +1 negative, just for no cause. Deals are done within minutes, not days, when there are Payment methods like PayPal, egold etc. Its up to you when you leave iTrader, would you like to wait for 60 dyas for iTrader or 1 hour or 1 minute? Its completely up to you. If you wait for 2 months or more, and buyer hasn't filed any complain, you can be sure the buyer is honest.

Hmm, I tried to change it right after I left the positive feedback.

So it must be just me..

And yeah, I do agree with what you said. True.

Would be nice to have a time frame, the iTrader plugin would have to be re-writtin or something added in.

It's imho a good idea to only leave feedback after you are sure of the results of the deal. That might mean waiting but at least your feedback will be accurate.

I think it is a good thing that iTrader can be edited, and I also agree that it should be for a very short time period. I once got in a hurry and gave a negative when I meant to give a positive. I changed it right away so it was cool.

It's "OK" as it is at the moment.

It's always risky to take payment through payment processor which allow chargeback.

You better wait till you feel the deal has gone fine and there's no possibility of chargeback and such problems. Nobody forces you to leave iTrader right away. :)

AFAIK, Nope, it's around 1-2 minutes. Be quick. :p

The question is, why didn't you edit it just after you left it? You were able to do that.

I already said somewhere up there that I couldn't edit the iTrader right after I left it.

The "edit" option was just greyed out..

Well said and my opinion as well.

Than dont leave a iTrader for a few days. Time is a great factor in such things. People need not to be so anxious to leave itrader and reps so quickly. Wait like 3 days to see what kind of mixed results you will get. Than do a itrader. Because anything after 7 days of wanting to change a positive to a negative is just plain out wrong in all aspects. And would go against the whole idea of itrader.

Its either a good trade at the time or a bad one. Dont come crying wolf 3 months later about it.

Yeh, my thoughts as well: give iTrader rating later.
