Too easy ranking in Yahoo?

Wow, I under a week I got to the first page of the search term 'watch avatar online'
Not bad seeing as there are more sites focused on avatar whereas mine is on many animes.
Wish this would happen in Google

 

I guess not many are using same keywords for it , gj though!

my site is on the first page of Yahoo for several keywords like "computer repair tutorial" and "computer troubleshooting tutorial" but it's not giving me much traffic. Ranking with this keywords is useless.

 

I doubt anyone really uses Yahoo when searching for anime. Must of the younger generation (like mine) only use google.. I mean most of the kids in my school forgot about yahoo...

So eventually the phase will be worthless on yahoo

Watch avatar online is a popular search term as avatar is a popular anime and people want to watch it online. Brings in 500+uv / day. Not useless..

 

First of all Avatar is not "Anime" since it's originated in America. For most anime fans call it "anime wannabe". Secondly, congratz

 

Good job. Hope you get traffic from yahoo

 

Now you should target "watch avatar"...

You are on page 3 for that one and it is searched about 3 times as much as watch avatar online..

Search traffic from google is ten times or more than any other search engines

 

The last 4 replies are the quality posts that I wanted to hear.

My Digg about my Watch Avatar online page is rank 9 in that search term on Google UK. My site is rank 43 on that.

Google US. Digg page is rank 15 main site rank 70+ but many Yahoo answer pages I posted on are there.

I am not really going to try and target this in full effect but I say the traffic it brings in is very nice

 

I rank well in yahoo but rarely get visits from there. I get more than 10 times the visits from google so I put very little effort or care into how I rank at yahoo.

Probably not pointless to try and rank at yahoo, but I wouldn't spend too much time doing it. Also, yahoo usually follows suit with how you rank at google, or at least thats the pattern I have seen.

 

If you get traffic that is all that matters besides sales. Nice job

 

did you submit to yahoo yourself or did they pick you up by them selves?

Not too easy, don't be surprised if you are not on the front page next week or a few weeks from now. Yahoo is actually tough once it starts reorganizing itself.

Yahoo Search engine which is the 2nd most popular search engine in the world for those that think it is "useless" brings in a lot of traffic for many web sites, congratz on this achievement though man.
