BTW this is not my site i just saw it:

is this against AdSense TOS http://www.oscmax.com/forums/

if you scroll down they have ads in there forum categories, also these is an image next to the ads, is this good blending, or against TOS?

i think its ok TOSwise, but it looks kinda crappy to me. I could be wrong. It does seem like there is a bit of misleading, but the ads are clearly google ads so im not sure.

I don't think it's okay, especially with the additional Ads by Google by Google post next to it. That definitely falls into the realm of trying to create a deceptive setup to get people to click on the ads.

The more i think about it the more i agree, the ads are obviously placed in a manner to trick the user into clicking, i say report the site.

I didn't even pay attention to that, but you're right, especially since the image in front of the ads is a special eye-grabber one (red instead of the usual blah white) As simplyg123 says it looks kinda crappy to me :)

Along with the image next to the ad trying to trick people into thinking it's an updated category, it is against the TOS because of exactly that--trying to deceive.

LOL, do you have a permission slip from Google? Be easy to check, could just drop them a line asking if it's permissible--I'm sure they'd take a look at the site and render a verdict....

There's blending (which is okay) and deceptive blending (which is not)

I still maintain that the implementation would not be acceptable for the above two (bolded) reasons.

Look at the key at the bottom of the page. The red target means

    "Forum Contains New Posts"

    How is that not deceptive?
