Just watched the debate, and RP did great in responding to those mindless puppets. Wowowowowow. All they could do is smirk. Kind of liek some copyandpaste posters who laugh when confronted with the facts.
We the american people are much smarter than these puppets give us credit for.
I give RP a 10 out of 10, now wonder why those morons at fox didnt want him to be heard lol.

he won the debate according to text voters so at least we slapped them back. I love how frank tried to pull more crap out of his ass at the end of the show about how nobody approved of his responses. actually i don't even wanna think about it. What there doing is making me sick and I wanna find frank right now..

Killa, its like fox is trying to make themselves objective while its blatantly obvious that they have a disconnect with the american people. RP is only grow stronger and stronger as the months pass by.

9% is fine. We beat Rudy, then we beat Fred, I would be happy to beat both in this primary.

I was in Michigan over the holidays and can tell you I saw a lot of Ron Paul signs and none of Giuliani, Thompson or Romney. Also to be noted is that as he gets more exposure his support is growing all awhile that of the other candidates keeps declining, that is a very optimistic and positive thing. If we was loosing support I would be worried, but I think there is a long time ahead and his support is increasing exponentially.

honestly although I have some doubts about Paul winning anything, he is bringing a lot of important issues into the public, and even his small percents and fund raising are going to make some future politicians rethink their platforms

I didn't watch the whole thing, but every time I have seen Ron Paul talk he speak with a great deal of knowledge and wisdom. I do take exception when he blames America for 9/11, but that is a whole other argument.

RP sure seems to understand the constitution and many other aspects such as finance better than probably all the other candidates combined. To me watching him answer vs. the others is like he is the teacher with experience and the others are hoping to be able to copy-cat him.

Loved the comment by guerrilla about mitt looking constipated. That was a perfect description.
Hopefully pingpong can reply like an adult.

I think the entire blaming the US for 9/11 is not the case, he states what our own intelligence community has said. I liked it best when he explained it as a motive, I forgot what interview that was in, perhaps his townhall meeting.

He has stated multiple times he does not blame the US, but just like a murder you look at why the guy committed the murder. This is the motive and not 'blame'

To say he's blaming the US would be like saying those who looked at the motive behind Jeffrey Dahmer were blaming someone else besides Dahmer. The truth is they are simply looking at the why's in order to try to prevent such instances in the future.

Exactly debunked, and his style of conservatism is the kind i would totally go for, plus the fact that he was a baby doctor he is the best guy out there to be a proponent of pro-life as he has seen the miracle of birth countless many times:). married man of over 50 years and i never heard of any family problems from him. I think he would also be a great example for family values in our country.

Guerilla, this is an absolute shock to me. More and more each day i am learning more about reagan and the more i learn, the more i like. I have always been a moderate but if Ron Paul and reagan represent what true republicanism is about then maybe i am a republican.

I'm slightly hopeful that with the Michigan Dem. primary effectively being rendered meaningless by the DNC that some Democrats will vote in the Republican Primary for Paul as the only anti-war candidate they can cast a vote for that will actually count. But as much as that makes sense to me, I have a feeling few of them will actually bother to do that.

The final Zogby poll shows Paul in a solid 4th place at 8%.

    McCain 27, Romney 26, Huckabee 15, Paul 8, Thompson 5, Giuliani 3.

Unless a miracle happens with Dems coming out to vote for Paul in great numbers it looks like 4th is the best we can hope for. The good news is that would be the best showing yet so it may resemble momentum :)

I'm not going to get into the expectations game, but he has hardly campaigned in Michigan at all, so a 4th would be impressive.

Dr. Paul has been in Nevada all weekend, and I believe he is also there today. This is the state that Aaron Russo nearly won the governership, and there is a lot of support for the campaign there.

Let's hope for 4th, and a strong Nevada showing to counteract a 4th or 5th in SC. Giuliani and Thompson are slowly taking themselves out of the race. We need to winnow this field down a bit yet.
