adsense account suspended

My account was just suspended and I'm about to go smoke a pack of cigarettes because I had over $3000 earned so far. Will I loose it?
Is there anyway to try to get this money? I filled out their appeal form, but I really needed that money.

When I clicked on the link, why was my account suspended, it brought up a page about invalid clicks, why I don't understand, because obviously I am not clicking on the page, I know their policies, nor am I having others click.

Is it because I was placing online classified ads to drive people to the site?

If they suspended your account, then you will not see they money. if they already mailed you the check, then you can cash it. good luck

I'm not doing anything wrong, why would they disable my account for invalid clicks.
Is it ok to drive traffic from classified ads? That was one part of the traffic.

It's already been mentioned on the forum before Craigslist posting, etc. will get you banned due to invalid clicks. Can't find the exact threads with people mentioning it, but it's somewhere around here.

Posting on craigslist will get you banned? Does this mean any classified site or only craigslist? Thank you I will look for that thread.

My account was recently suspended as well. However, I had been doing the same activity since the end of 2006, I just started making more $. They did not state that the reason was because of invalid clicks. I track and have logs of any suspicious activity and provided logs of the 20 most recent IPs that hammered my ads. I don't know if this will help, but I had a nice chunk of money in my account as well. I'm just hoping I get December's check.

I had a real estate listing page with adsense ads, and the ads that came up with adsense ads were very appropriate to who was visiting the page. I just tried putting ads up from Adsgoody.com and bidvertiser.com but the ads don't look like anyone would click on them. I'll try Adbrite.

so 20 IPs, who were these people?
I didn't know using adsense was risky. I thought it was trusted.
They obviously were not connected to you, these 20 ips, so how can we use adsense.

Do other sites such as Adbrite and yahoo publisher network allow traffic from classified ads such as backpage or craigslist?

you should have withdrawn money more often. You could as well keep them in your bank account, than in google's.

posting on ads are okay as long as it is on topic. If the topic is girls and you post earn quick cash, that is spamming and puts you at mercy of the review team.

A lot of publishers got banned lately.
Is it just a chance or a pattern?

I'd says something is up. With the AdSense referral knock-out for international publishers and the banned threads/emails I've been seeing... something has to be happening. AdSense probably can't take the crap people are doing lately.

I don't know. Does this happen with Adbrite or yahoo publisher network?
    Or just Google adsense?
