    The heart of most sites' search algorithm is a variation of PageRank. Though engineers at Google, MSN and Yahoo! are working hard to improve every aspect of their ranking tools on a daily basis, PageRank continues to provide the one of the best of all web search tools.

    I've designed a ranking tool (
    http://www.mt-soft.com.ar/2007/12/21/site-popularity-google-gadget/) that will query and return the ranking values for the submitted URL as reported by Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Altavista and AllTheWeb.

    I'd like to hear some comments from you all. Criticisms are welcome too.

    not true, toolbar pagerank has very minimal impact on SERP.
