Google's Page Rank Discussion Thread

Is the Google Update over or is it still in progress..???

 

I wouldn't think so,
I have some pages that have had updates from N/A to PR-0,1,2 and 3... but some pages are still showing a gray bar or N/A.
And I also have several domains and some of them have moved from N/A to PR-0 and some that have not moved of there N/A state...
So I am guessing that it is not over yet... But who knows! Google may do half an update now and another half next week or month just to play with our minds

One of my sites has dropped from pr5 to pr4

 

I would be happy with no change, as i've done very little during the past 3 months to build PR on most of my sites.

All the same, i'm still dreading losing what little I have. Want to know when I can stop worrying

 

My website`s Page rank is 2 . have anyoday have any idea to how to increase page rank. i want to traffic exchange with any pr2 or pr3 website. any body interested. my website is www.watchstreamz.com .

 

all went well 4 me:

2 sites from PR0 to PR6
2 sites from PR0 to PR5

 

This is how it would be logic, but I am in the same situation: some internal pages have PR4 and the homepage PR3
and I can certify that the PR4 pages has no biggest S.E. relevancy [ie: back links] than the homepage.

I think that the PR update process is far from being finished...

 

MY site got PR 3 from PR 2 but one of my blog got PR 0 from PR 3.

 

How can you guys check at digpagerank.com ? It doesnt work for me since 2 days. Its loading, loading and loading with some DC's showing my current PR, most of them are loading with no end in sight though.

 

I have got internal pages about 6 levels deep and are "only" linked from 1 another internal PR N/A page yet they went PR5 and PR4.

Pagerank has not been accurate for a long time.

 

Well, no one can say if Google stopped updating PageRank. Don't forget that it's the weekend, and would there be some nice employee at Google exporting PageRank during that time?

*Hmm, then again, Google probably used automated means... maybe Google is just stopping the update for a while?

Some sites have started to get the new PR update, but then there is a whole bunch of sites that hasnt seen any change yet.

Have patience webmasters, they will come for you as well eventually.

 

by saying another you mean that its another update from the one that was two days ago ?

 

i see pr update all my site go down

 

i see some updates for my internal pages they changed to pr1 from pr n/a.

the main url has no change yet. still at pr2

 

Do you really think is done manually?

 

Its not, but its probably looked over by the engineers.
