I have seen many people having so many paypal accounts. Today I saw in one thread a member asking for 10 VCC for varifying paypal account . Wondering why he need so many paypal accounts .. anybody have some idea so please tell me I am sure they are not meant for any legal purpose ...
I have 2, only because one time someone sent money to my wrong email, so i had to create a paypal account for it to get the money
First of all this isn't the right folder in addition you can have a Premier account, a Business account, a Personal account But for example you can't have 2 Premiers accounts
i have 2 .. one premium and one personal so as to wave off the extra changes on every transaction done B/W paypal balance !
I think as per the rule, an individual is entitled to only two legal accounts. How come then people have too many accounts? Possible duplication
People who want that many accounts are doing one thing scamming people. There is no other reson to have that many. I understand the two accounts to avoid some fees. However, using VCCs and having many accounts is a sure sign that they are going to use it for dishonest stuff.
yes you are right I can understand the neccessity of two or three accounts but if anybody registering several paypal accounts with use of VCC i think they will use it for any illegal activity for sure .... In that case the VCC sellers are helping them indirectly

It's good to have a personal account because it incurs no fees. It is also good to have a premier account so you can receive credit card payments and create subscription links. --Joe
