account suspended? Mine was maybe we can write a joint letter

I was accused of invalid click activity, and my account was suspended, I was not involved with producing any clicks, my marketing methods were ethical. I did fill out their appeal form so I'll see what happens but it doesn't look good.

If anyone else lost earnings, maybe we could write a joint letter asking for our earnings to be paid, if there is any remote chance this could be our plea. I lost over $3000.

It's not even worth it. A joint letter isn't any different than a normal letter.

I think that a joint letter would be even less likely to work, as they would probably just dismiss it out of hand and not take it seriously, rather than even consider taking the time to look into your situation on an individual basis.

I feel so sorry for you... if you definitely did nothing against Adsense TOS.

Can u elaborate on the marketing methods-since that could be one reason
What you think ethical may not be thought so by Google-if that was the reason-then you can still plead with them saying you were not aware of these marketing methods to be illegal-they may accept it-i have seen cases of such nature being considered

But tell us about your marketing methods and we will be able to throw some light on to it

Maybe asking 100000 of webmasters to remove adsense and switch over to another network and then forcing google to enable your account might help .

In the US, there are certain business practices that even if are within company's TOS, they can't do. Maybe a person can go that direction.

Nope, even if Adsense program stops, Google will still make money off Adwords from the search engine.

    Peace,

Nothing gonna happen.. if you are banned, you will always be banned unless you proof your innocence to them.
