    due to limited time i decided to sell my membership site

    the site offers

    scripts
    databases
    graphics
    templates
    articles
    ebooks
    tools

    the site has free members and paid members revenue comes from paid members @$9.99/month

    the site has a full admin panel

    The site Uses Paypal IPN to automate the process
    You can offer free and paid membership

    When the paid member fail to pay his/her monthly membership the script will automatically downgrade the account to free membership.

    You can change the monthly fee to any amount you want from time to time but it will not affect the first members because they were in paypal subscription already. So you can start at lower price then later increase your monthly subscription fee for newer members.

    there is right around 20 paid members the rest are Free members
