3 cents a click remember that some people pay 5 cents a click a google has to get paid so they take half and give you the other half so some click accounting from 2 cents to 3 cents and you made your keywords around words that pay little.

With adsense these days, that is very easy to believe if you are in a low-paying niche .... it all depends what your content is about and whether advertisers can target it to make cashola .......... your figures could actually be much worse imho.

You need to check out some different programs as adsense does not seem to fit your niche.
Either that or change your site theme to get higher paying keywords. I don't appreciate you
calling google adsense liars, they didn't lie about anything! They are the most well respected
PPC advertising platform currently available and have millions of happy publishers!

No offense, but the several hundreds you made sending quality targeted traffic to others probably yielded someone else thousands of dollars. Hence, crumbs.

    No offense taken.

That is perfectly fine by me. I wouldnt expect to get all of the money. If 'they' did make thousands of dollars then my 'cut' would come out to 10 to 15% not bad at all in my opinion.

Also, AdSense is only one of my income sources - I dont expect it to pay for my living altogether (but that would be nice)

Yeah, Oprah has the same problem. Advertisers make billions, and she gets the crumbs.:(

Find a new advertiser that will pay more for arcade sites, looking at your sig it is arcade right?
Adsense is proven not to pay good with arcade sites.

It's not (entirely) Google's fault that clicks are paid that little on some subjects. If advertisers don't want to pay for "double headed condom" or whatnot you can't blame Google for that (entirely).
