thats exactly what i just saw, but i wanted anwsers. i want to discuss with people how can this actually happen. I didnt have time to see the answers to the other thread i started. please dont erase this, i want to get to the point and resolve this issue once and for all. Exactly, i wont do that. It is unethical. I'm just trying to figure out how this happend and what is behind it with fellow webmasters like you.
can i visually see the backlinks? if its a google redirect as some say in this thread, then maybe it means that google.com has 4.8 million backlinks ? thus further meaning that a given site must have about 4.8 million backlinks to get a PR of 10 ?? Interesting conclusions from this thread.
i checked all the indexed pages of this site in google with my tool. its showing most of the pages with NO PR and very few with PR2. i think i have found the solution.... or near to the solution.... write http://www.youtubeforums.com/ on google... you will find 2 pages.... one is of google and other is its domain.... i think that was a redirect to google some how.
Lol cool, and dont listen to all them saying sell links thats lame you would simpley be ripping people off cos you know very well its a bug and the PR wont last. Have you tryed contacting google? You will do well from this anyways as long as Google dont see any reason to ban the domain, cos the amount of extra traffic you will gain from this though people wondering whats the hell.
HA! interesting find there sudeep! So my page inherited somehow it's page rank? Very interesting. But how did that happen? And why would there be google.com infront of youtubeforums.com ... that is SOOoooo strange? Anyone ?
It's got to have been a redirect to google. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=link:http://www.google.com/&btnG=Search the back links for google.com itself is the exact same as the site in question.
yep, thats what i can see now after looking through all this. thanks buddy no way im gonna make a buck off the back of something that doesnt even exists.
TimeIsMoney go sell your links NOW at tnx.net omg you will make thousands! This is very rare, i never seen this before. Tyler
The strange thing is, right after I placed a link to the new site PhotoTube.us in the footer of youtubeforums, it appeared in the search engine results pretty damn fast for keywords "photo tube" and "phototube" and got to 4th place... maybe that "fake pr" that google gave me is having an effect. Same thing for my "Ron Paul Forums" , RonPaulForums.us already is competing with RonPaulForums.com in the search results.. 2 new sites.. This whole thing gets my head spinning.
