Recommendation for Press Releases and Annoucement

Hi guys,

I am experimenting with a new site at LINKS, and would like to give it a chance to build some traffic. Basically it is a Digg-like site for announcing new websites. I know that there are lots of good PR people on this site and I would like to give them some business. I would appreciate any recommendations from webmasters. Thanks for your help.

It looks like it will be useful for blogs, especially small ones who find it difficult to get onto the front page of websites such as Digg.
