if adsense sucks, why not add ADSDAQ?

Well I have seen the website and I think it is similar to Adbrite, Bidvertiser and the rest. I do not see what extra these sites has to offer compared to adsense. Look at terms, it said you can't apply for websites in free host. That about cuts of millions of potential users in blogspot, googlepages, geocities and many others. Similar to adbrite with the funny concept of "blind links" and bidvertiser where the ads format and colors is very difficult to change.

If they don't pay me $10 cpm why on earth would I want to try them? Adsense gives me a $30-40 ecpm every day.

you know it is very easy to say that adsense isn't paying well but at the end of the day it is the easiest way to introduce ads on your blog.

many a list bloggers like problogger by darren keep pointing out that adsense is always the highest money source for them. You can give a try to many other things but remember that you will come back to adsense..

just read the above article..I had to search for it a little but I want you to read it.

Yes, I've been paid by them already.

What I'm doing is using ADSDAQ as my primary CPM network and if they don't have an ad, I fill it with AdDynamix CPM network and if they don't have an ad, then I resort to Adsense. You can read about my strategy here...

    http://www.affiliatebestprograms.com/2008/01/10/addynamix-cpm-network/

I humbly suggest using a few CPM networks for your primary ad servers and using Adsense as the final failover if there's no ads available. I was running Adsense exclusively but since I've started this strategy, I'm still making the same amount from Adsense but it's supplemented by the CPM's. Also, if Adsense gets a wild hair up their arse and bans your Adsense account right before you reach payout, at least you will have some earnings in the CPM's so you're not at a total loss.

Mido- maybe this example helps.. your website has a 728x90 ad space at the top of the home page. In order to monetize that ad space, you go sign up for adSense and put the adsense code on your site for the 728x90 ad. After one month, you find you're earning the following:

$10 total for that one ad space
your ad was viewed 10,000 times

so for every 1,000 views, you were paid $1. Or as they say in advertising, a $1 eCPM (effective cost per thousand impressions).

Now that you have your adsense account, and you know your eCPM (you're shown this on the first page of your adsense account), you sign up for ADsdaq. You tell the adsdaq application that you want $1.20 cpm. adsdaq then asks you for your backup network - in this case - adsense. and then adsdaq gives you new ad code for your 728x90 ad.

ADSDAq becomes a quick and dirty ad server in effect. Every time your728x90 ad loads on your page, adsdaq sees if it has an advertising campaign that can pay your $1.20 CPM. If it does, it serves the ad and you will get paid by adsdaq. If not, the ad request is sent to adsense and they will show an ad.

all you need to do to make the above example happen is sign up - follow the instructions - and then put the adsdaq ad code on your site in place of the adsense code. hope this makes sense.

I think some folks don't realize that putting AdSense code into AdsDaq (or any other system) alternate ad option changes the delivery method of the AdSense ad and that breaks the TOS...I can't be 100% sure but I suspect this is a violation using ADSDAQ in this manner. That said, I have used ADSDAQ on other non-AdSense sites and it's kind cool, but, well, just another ad system, there are loads of 'em.

It does NOT violate the TOS of google adsense. It DOES NOT change the code in any form.

Look at phpadsnew..... same thing basically.

I use ADSDAQ since little over a month it's what has worked best for me, since I'm not focused on people leaving my site but actually buying what I have, so CPM is great for me.

In December I was Asking for a $3.00 CPM and was getting filled 80%, so I did make a huge amout of money on December. Now that it's JAN it's not even close and I've been looking for an ad network that is purely CPM (banner not pop-under).

    Any thoughts ?

    This month I'll get paid I .... I hope

I'm an AdSense guy that just added ADSDAQ 2 days ago. It's doubled my earnings.

If I can figure out how to raise my Fill Rate Percentage, then I'll be pretty darn happy.

has anyone been doing this long enough so that we could get a better scope of the long term results from it? Very interesting indeed
