I don't think you can just sell bank accounts. There are banking laws. It doesn't work like that.

 

True. Bank accounts are not to be transferred or sold.

If you are doing things completely legit, then you could easily apply for a bank account at a local branch or online.

 

As I said you on IM, I can sell you but for a such great thing, you must spend a corresponding money
