No! that rule is stickied just because of iTrader abuse. Please, report () any post you find violating the rules. It'll be taken care by moderators, as soon as they read it.
As stated above, it is not allowed and there will be infractions and threads moved if caught. The mods can not find everything so if you see it do as DarkX said and report it as soon as you see it. All iTrader will be removed when the thread is moved.
one more thing recently i got a pm that "i will pay you $0.25 for an itrader",lol and another was "do you want to sell your dp account for $20"
