Nobody knows, and nobody will be able to prove anything for a long long time. Anyone who says differently is merely stating THEORIES.
You obviously haven't been reading. Science knows, for definite, that the universe is expanding so doesn't have a precise ending.
I'm not saying that the universe isnt expanding, although it may not be. THE OP asked "Does the universe end?" and nobody knows that for sure.
what if we are all just part of some else's dream? Like nothing is real its just them imagining things. I think about that sometimes. This is some deep stufff. good thread
The universe could never end, it could only openly and inwardly fold onto itself. This is why there are such things a "black holes".
JUST 46.5 billion light-years... In the grand scheme of things, I find the universe totally incomprehensible. We've explored how much of the universe? If the universe is infinate you can't even calculate it.
Isn't it weird to think about how we're sitting here at our computers inside this BIG universe. And just think about what other life is doing at this same moment trillions of light years away on the other side.
This is a great thread.....I think about this sometimes too, how big/infinite is the universe? just to think about that, its sooooo infinite big. Makes me wonder tho how it all started cant be by chance. Something must have put it together or something....man thats just crazy
That's right.. and according to our current research, that's about all we know. It might have an end and it might not. Technically according to the big bang theory there is no end because what might be the end is expanding outwards so even if we got to it, it would just continue on.
It is too big to imagine it.Evey time i try it somehow doesnt work,i cannot put all this in my head. There are super computers for that purpose.
I guess that is the main reason for many who believe in religion. There is no answer to many questions and yours is one of them.
