Whats your conversion rate with ring tones?

I get around 450 clicks a day with only 0.66% conversion on average which is 3 conversions. Can a landing page help? how can a landing page even increase conversions for ringtones? can you even pre sell ringtones through a landing page?

3 conversions with 450 clicks? Are you making any profit?

Landing pages can help very much if you know what you're doing. However, I personally wouldn't even bother constructing landing pages for ringtones offers. Google's regulations regarding ringtone affiliate web sites have become a bit too strict.

Thats probably the reason why then. Your traffic sucks.

But yeah, ringtones are hard to make money with now.

well its not as targeted as PPC but its as targeted as you will get without it. its straight off of search engines for ringtone keywords.

    for example

    "disturbia ringtones"

    stuff like that.

How many keywords you have and which offer are you promoting? Seems like your keywords are quite targeted.

i use a private offer from my affiliate network so it wouldn't help you out really

what i will tell you is i don't promote ringtones by the traditional search keywords (e.g. '50 cent ringtones'). i pick random things like cat food (for example, not really), and when someone clicks it expecting to see one thing, woops, there's a ringtone offer, and make an impulse purchase.

it took me 300 niches to find a few golden ones, but they're out there.

i don't know, it's not my concern if people don't read the terms and conditions before enrolling. i don't advertise them as free, and the price is right there on both my landing page and the offer page.
