PR question

    I know I'm probably in the wrong spot but can someone tell me what PR of 0 means. Does it just take a while to get a PR or whats the deal

    Yes. First you need backlinks as they are used to calculate your PR. Then you need to wait for a PR update for your PR to show up on the Google toolbar. It happens around every 3-4 month and the next one could be happening right now.
