You mean I should follow all the on page SEO optimization tips for perticular keyword? I think adsense Bot is different from google Bot.

Yepp, but they come from the same company :D

Well, I would say you should write an article or two that related to that keywords (here is "mesothelioma") and mentioned that keywords in your article in good percentage (not too much, not too less. I'd say about 2.5% - 4% from the total text in that page). Use the proper title and head element <h1..h5> in your article, too.

After that, you can test it. If you're able to see the ads related to "mesothelioma"), than you've got your goal.

    Good luck.

    Cheers,

lolz ya by the same company. Thanc for the explaining to me. I think meta tags should have they keyword too and one should wait for 2 to 3 days for adsense Bot to spider the webpage and show relavent ads.

Not really, I'm going to start a medical blog. In past I used to get 1 to 2 $ CPC on pregnancy and weight loss categories. Used " mesothelioma" as a reference

If you create a website on blogspot with articles about "mesothelioma" you will still get those 0.03 clicks.
Write articles for your visitors and increase your traffic instead.

It doesn't matter what the topic is... as long as you write good content. Seriously, why tell someone not to write about something?

If they make the best site on the net about Mesowhatever and get targeted traffic from search engines, then it's a great idea and they can earn some money.

Jaundice is true to an extent but these days the highpaying keywords seems like a dream and comes only to a content highly worth and unique.
