    heres what Im mean
    Im speaking of the main title being used in the main home page and again used in the follow pages like this <title> Natural Holistic Pet Food and Supplements for your dog and cat, horse and dog training articles Dog-trainers.us</title>

    <meta name="Description" content="Dog-Trainers offers Life's Abundance and Flint River Ranch 100% natural holistic health Foods for dogs and cats, pet safe products, dog trainers articles, pet food recall info, organic dog and cat treats and more. Secure shopping cart and 100% money back guarantee.">
    <meta content=" Flint River Ranch dog and cat food, pet health nutrition, Life's Abundance dog and cat food, natural flea tick remedies, organic dog food, dog and cat supplements, natural dog treats, dog trainers articles< ." name="keywords" />
    <meta name="GOOGLEBOT" content="FOLLOW, INDEX, ARCHIVE" />
    <meta content="index, Follow" name="robot" />
    <meta name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX,FOLLOW" />
    <meta name="Author" content="dog-trainers.us,Lifes Abundance and flint river ranch Health Foods For Pets" />
    </HEAD>

    is it a good tactic to use the same title and meta tags in the index and the sub pages" thats all" ;)

    Your Title Tag is way too big. Limit it to 67 characters or less, and use different title tags for every page.

    Many people might use such tactic but that doesn't mean is the correct one.

    It is advisable have part of your home page title across all the subpages, but each one with a sub title and different meta tags to ensure all your site will be indexed properly.

    i will say two think for you

    * i think your title is too long. try to use a shorter one
    * using the smae title for all subpages is not a good idea. it's a bad idea:)

    Title Tag is probably one of the most on-page SEO factors for SERP, make them unique, and shorter. Any SEO expert will tell you that.

    I can say your Title is too long.
    Meta Title should be 60 to 80 characters. If u will use one Title for every pages it is not good for search engine. Your title should be different for different web pages and also relevant that particular web pages. :)

    Title is every thing about your web page in just 65 characters.
    you should use the proper title as per the page contents, Search engine will first of all looks on on your page title not on Meta keywords...
    So as far as i suggest you to have every pages different Titles.
    Thanks,

    SE's spiders title first. if you are search with the keyword that are the first two phrases of your title, than it possibility to come in Ranking early OK.
    Think you are doing the same thing in every pages, with your business keyword till 65 characters you would get good ranking and because of that you might got good traffic as well.

    Thanks.

    I have discovered that the shorter the better. It seems each word carrys more weight or something. I pretty much just put my keyword phrase in it now.

    It is painful
    But then that is what is SEO is all about
    Effort and dedication
    Put your time and energy
    make all different title, meta, keywords, descriptions for each page depending upon the market research for the keyword of that page

    This will give you some instant results without even linkbuilding
