Why I got this infraction point?

    Hi there :)
    I just saw that I got infraction point becouse of this post that I sent two days ago.

    The thread sender needed graphics design to make some job and I just offered my design service via PM :(

    I just wonder if this is correct action? (to make infraction point for my user)
