I'm in need of a logo for Sterling Housewares, a soon-to-be launched distributor of high end dinnerware. Dinnerware = fine china, crystal wine glasses, silverware, etc.... The product being sold is used by 5 star hotels and restaurants. We're opening up the product line to consumers in the near future. Customers are usually well-to-do women living in upper scale homes. What I think I want is as follows: (if you have your own unique ideas feel free to post and I'll provide feedback) An emblem that's square in shape with the letters "SH" prominently placed. White or silver lettering on a black background would look great I think. Our icons, favicon, logo for shirts, etc... could be this square logo. Underneath the "SH" I envision a "Sterling Housewares" spelled out. At any rate I'm open to unique ideas if you'd rather not be in the "box" I built above. It has to be something appropriate for 5 star settings and individuals. Nothing cheezy, childish, or for chumps please. Contest will end when I've selected an entry OR Wednesday the 16th at noon. Whichever is sooner. Feel free to ask questions or throw some logos up and I'll respond as quickly as I can. If I don't like something I may not give all the reasons... If I like something, but it needs tweaking... I'll elaborate more to keep it moving in the right direction. Thanks
I'd be more than happy to imprint a monogram on the bottom of a dish to see how it looks, if you provide an image of your product line.
