A Little Insight

Hi, My name is Danny and our company just joined CJ, we havent made our account public yet because were still in the process of making banners and completing a couple Tshirt designs.

Id like some information on what type of things advertisers are doing to make it easier for you guys to make money and draw traffic. From what ive noticed so far a high commission and flashy banners are working. Is there other things we should do to attract more publishers? Thanks in advance for the help.

Certainly you are right! An attractive banner and commission would really work. Make a try.

a product feed would be good. it is handy to drag individual products onto our sites, many advertisers offer that as a tool. I have not found banners to be any good.

a liberal ppc policy would help, ie allowing direct linking to your url from google/ysm ppc and not restrict our keywords too much would attract affiliates who use ppc.

product feed that picks the products based on the keywords on the page. thats the ticket

 

Banners do not work, no matter how flashy they are. Concentrate on providing product links and feeds. And, of course, a decent commission would be nice!

Also were aiming on having a commission between 16-20 percent. So get ready to make a bunch of cash
