Site age doesn't make sense

I registered my domain name about 8 months ago or so. Using this tool, http://www.webconfs.com/domain-age.php my site age came back as over 7 years old!! Does anyone have any other reliable site age tools so I can double check this? If something somewhere really is showing my site as over 7 years old, how will this affect me favorably?

Can you post url of your domain. It could be possible that you purchased an orphaned domain by previous company.

Anyhow, we will find it out.

The domain is indeed 7 years old. It was durango colorado directory in 2000,2001, and 2003. Later the domain was orphaned and it looks like you adopted it in 2007
