As judged by the state or morally? Morally I'd say no - you like someone of around your age and there's nothing wrong with that. When I was in highschool I liked a girl who was 15 when I was 17. Pedophillia refers to adults who have a sexual preference towards children. If we're going to be overly technical then yes, a 16 year old who has sex with a 15 year old could be a paedophile (atleast in the UK where the age of consent is 16). But realistically, no - there's nothing wrong with liking someone of your age.

No but i know people that have and bullying goes on and homosexual activities and rape but i guess it depends on which country your thinking of. Im in the UK, a guy who went in for a violent crime explained to me how people think that if you go in for a violent crime that people will leave you alone, you actually get targetted more because the ones already in there know that you will thing your all this and all that. The rape threat is no where near how its put accross, its nonsense, happens no where near on the scale that people are led to believe. Its hollywood films lying to you, lol

Understandably from country to country it is probably much worse, ive read horror stories from abroad and some prisons in other countries make some of the UK ones sound like holiday camps. Im trying to remove the mental picture from my head of what you just described.
