you will pay 20 dollars and get a llist of sites to submit to... dont look for easy money, you will just be making someone else easy money
No point at all, if you need to pay to work and earn back the money you paid. Frankly speaking it may be $20, both you never know how long is the survey or whether there is any hidden sign ups needed to complete the survey. If the survey really pay that well, why do you need to pay to join in the first place? Just need to complete the survey as the joining fees. I tried surveys before it is really not easy money. There are definitely better ways to earn money than paying to join.
I wouldn't say the normal survey where they pay you is a scam, it is just a very very difficult place to make money, but to pay to take surveys and earn the money is a bit dubious.
Paid surveys as in who pay who? Definitely not correct to have the surveyed paying the surveyor as it is the surveyor who needs the data and the ones surveyed provides the data.

Why Pay? There are many sites like that where you just have to sign up, with your email and answer questionaires!
Don't pay to join - there are plenty of free ones if you don't mind having your email account spammed with hundreds of unwanted offers. The offers that claim to 'pay' usually are too lengthy to complete - or they will tell you that you don't qualify. It's a complete circus - the object is to get your email address and other personal data.
