    I think that he needs a Visa/Mastercard Gift card,sorry if i m wrong,I don't know any but if you can give some details i'll try to help.

    Wich loading,payment option do you have? Entropay.com and WWW-Card.com can be a solution for you but both you need to load with credit card.
